Pastor Mark Hopper has served at the church since 1988. He is a graduate of Arizona State University and Dallas Theological Seminary (Th. M). He also holds a master's degree from the University of Arizona. Before coming to Diamond Bar, he served as the senior pastor at the Chapel in the Hills Church in Tucson, Arizona for 13 years.

Pastor Hopper has been married to his wife, Jeanne, for over 30 years. They have four grown children: Tim, Trisha, Traci and Teri and two grandchildren.
