Congratulations! You have decided to engage in a relationship with Jesus Christ. As with any good relationship, this one will require work. You can't get to know someone without spending time with them. Here are a few ways to begin to deepen your new relationship.

• Read your Bible daily to discover the truth about God. Your growth as a Christian is determined by how well you apply God's Word to your life.
• Pray daily, thanking God for His mercy and love and asking Him for the strength you need to live for Him.
• Tell others about what God has done for you and make sure those changes are evident in the way you live.
• Get involved in a life group and attend church regularly. Being with other Christians will encourage you and help you to grow in your faith quickly.
